What happens when a room full of global leaders is asked to Go Beyond?

For EXL’s Global Leadership Offsite, we took the “Go Beyond” tagline beyond a backdrop and built the experience around it - creating moments that encouraged leaders to connect, engage and step outside the expected.

Through thoughtful customisation, engaging experiences and the warmth of Indian hospitality, we transformed familiar moments into experiences that leaders could connect with — and remember long after the offsite.
